Performers wishing to be considered for Lansing JazzFest or Michigan BluesFest 2020 in September:

Submissions begin in October

By June 1: e-mail your submission to JazzFest@micharts.org or BluesFest@micharts.org

Include a link to a website/online EPK (electronic press kit) which offers:

  • Bios of key performers and performance history of the act

  • Photos

  • Video samples (complete songs/pieces) of music representative of what you would perform at our festival — meaning the same lineup (number of musicians, instruments etc.) as you would perform with. The samples should be streaming; no download required.

Keep in mind that due to COVID-19 issues contracts are subject to date changes, cancellation, or renegotiation.  We may even consider virtual options.
